Our clients wondered:  How can we lighten and unify the feel of this already beautiful Shay Zak-designed home from 2000 while increasing the indoor/outdoor relationship of the Great Room and Kitchen to the Pool?  In collaboration with interior designer Sayre Ziskin, our team developed a transitional aesthetic to bring in wide-opening bronze door systems, brighten the major living spaces, redesign the Main Suite to flow more easily, and modify the plan to meet the needs of a growing family. In the process, we improved mechanical and lighting systems to exceed target sustainability goals.
